Will you be restocking __________?

If the item is on sale, it most likely is not being restocked. Typically, if there are plans to restock, there will be an option to select "pre-sale" with an estimated ship date. If the item isn't on sale and you don't see an option to pre-order, feel free to contact me about the item in question.

Why do some items have "The Tree Kisser" label, and some have tags from other designers?

The Tree Kisser apparel has gone through many phases, some of which involved working directly with factories in LA to produce garments specifically for The Tree Kisser line (those will have the unique "The Tree Kisser" labels printed), and others in which we printed our designs on garments manufactured by other suppliers (Alternative Apparel, Royal Apparel, and American Apparel). Until we reach our ultimate goal of manufacturing all of our own apparel, there will continue to be a mix of some "in house" tops as well as outsourced. 

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

Yes! I frequently ship internationally. Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. Once you've entered your payment info or logged in through PayPal, you'll see the total before you're committed to paying. PayPal's rules require customers to enter payment info before seeing the shipping total, but I'm working on another option that should move it earlier in the process. Some countries will charge an additional import tax that unfortunately I'm unable to calculate or charge or pay up front. To avoid surprises, I recommend becoming familiar with your country's policies before ordering.

Are your products sustainable and made in America?

One of my biggest challenges since launching The Tree Kisser has been balancing style and affordability with sustainability and ethical manufacturing. When sourcing from different suppliers, this can be quite a challenge! Right now, only some of our products were made in the US, and only some are organic/recycled. This issue is why, in 2017, we plan to start to manufacturing all of our own apparel (in Denver, CO) using only sustainably sourced fabrics. This transition requires a lot of time, energy, and resources, so please continue to support us while we work towards this goal!

I have a discount code; where do I enter it?

The space to enter a discount code will pop up on the final page of checkout, once you've either entered payment info or logged in to PayPal. Much like the shipping cost, PayPal's rules require customers to enter payment info before getting to this final page. I'm planning to switch to a different payment process soon in order to avoid that!

How long will it take you to ship my order?

I typically am able to prepare and ship orders within three business days. Often it's the same day! I own and operate the business myself (no employees yet), so occasionally there are unexpected delays, but I do my absolute best to get orders out as quickly as possible. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, it takes 2-3 days for delivery within the US (often 1 day within California). International shipping can take 2-3 weeks, but Australia inexplicably seems to be faster!

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet! I currently only sell online.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Absolutely! My return/exchange policy is below:

My policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please include a note detailing your request (including the email address and/or order number associated with your purchase and send the item back to:

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or style, please include a note listing the size/style you would like to exchange it for. If the size you request is temporarily sold out, you may experience a delay in receiving your replacement item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We refund the item price plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Defective/Damaged Items:
I do my very best to ensure quality and cleanliness, but mistakes do happen! If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please send me an email at and I will get back to you quickly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, you will cover the shipping to send your item back to me, and I will cover the shipping to send your replacement to you.
